No Yawn Training

Make your presentations more interesting with these tips:
  1. Remember that enthusiasm is contagious. If you’re not excited about your topic, your learners won’t be either. Be energetic, and use humor and great visuals.
  2. Create links to reality. Work on real projects or solve actual problems. Coming up with resolutions will give learners a direct connection and make them more engaged in the training.
  3. Introduce exercises that bring the subject to life. Before, during, and after the session, take time out for an activity that will break the ice, re-energize the group after a long intermission, and reiterate key points from the training.
